On 2nd day after a delicious breakfast, your exploration will starts with a visit to Angkor Thom, where you will be entering through its majestic South Gate. You will discover the iconic Bayon Temple with its stone faces, followed by the Royal Palace, Phimeanakas, the Terrace of the Elephants, and the Terrace of the Leper King.
Next, venture into the jungle to witness the mystical Ta Prohm Temple, where nature has claimed the ruins with its overgrown trees, creating a surreal atmosphere.
In the afternoon, you will visit the stunning Angkor Wat Temple, a masterpiece of Khmer architecture. Admire its intricate carvings and grand structure as you explore its corridors.
Note: Pickup is between 7:45 AM and 8:00 AM, with the tour starting at 8:30 AM and ending at 6:30 PM
After breakfast, then travel to Kampong Phluk Floating Village, located around 30 km from Siem Reap. You can enjoy a scenic boat ride through the narrow waterways to the village. Depending on the season, witness the towering stilt houses or the floating homes, as locals adapt to thechangnigwater levels of Tonle Sap Lake and you can observe the villagers’ daily activities, from fishing to producing traditional products like fermented fish paste.After this you will return to Siem Reap for the your lunch at your own pace.
In the afternoon, you will be visiting Wat Thmey (Killing Fields), a poignant memorial to the victims of the Khmer Rouge regime. Continue your day by exploring Artisan D’Angkor, a craft center where you can appreciate traditional wood and stone carving. You can end your day with some time at the local market, discovering handmade crafts and delicious Cambodian snacks.

It is a great place to shop not too far from Europe. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.
