Day 1: Arrival in Ho Chi Minh City
Welcome to Vietnam! Upon arrival at Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore the vibrant city on your own.
Day 2: Full-Day Mekong Delta Tour
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before heading out to the picturesque Mekong Delta. Your journey begins with a visit to Vinh Trang Pagoda, a cultural treasure known for its serene beauty and historic significance.
Continue to My Tho, where you’ll embark on a scenic boat ride to Unicorn Island. Discover the tranquil waterways lined with fishermen’s ports and traditional stilt houses. On the island, visit a local bee farm and savor honey tea. Stroll through peaceful villages, sample tropical fruits, and enjoy Southern Vietnamese folk music.
Take a rowboat ride through narrow canals surrounded by water coconut trees, soaking in the serene beauty of the Delta. Enjoy a flavorful local lunch before returning to My Tho and traveling back to Ho Chi Minh City for a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Departure from Ho Chi Minh City – Arrival in Da Nang
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Ho Chi Minh Airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, our representative will transfer you to your hotel. Check-in and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure to explore Da Nang at your own pace.

Day 4: Full-Day Ba Na Hills Tour – French Village and Golden Hands Bridge
After breakfast, set out for an exhilarating full-day tour of Ba Na Hills. Begin with a scenic cable car ride from Suoi Mo Station, offering breathtaking views of the lush landscape.
Arrive at Ba Na Hills and visit the world-famous Golden Bridge, supported by colossal stone hands, for unforgettable views and photo opportunities. Explore Le Jardin d’Amour, a beautiful French-inspired garden, and the Linh Ung Pagoda with its towering 27-meter Buddha statue.

Catch a morning flight from Da Nang to Hanoi. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax before starting a half-day tour.
Visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, to admire its ancient architecture and tranquil gardens. Continue to the Hoa Lo Prison Museum, known as the “Hanoi Hilton,” where you’ll learn about Vietnam’s turbulent history and the resilience of its people.
Return to your hotel for the evening, reflecting on the cultural and historical insights of the day.

Day 6: Full-Day Halong Bay Tour
After breakfast, travel to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Halong Bay. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Red River Delta en route to this natural wonder.
Board a boat for a day cruise around the bay, exploring its breathtaking limestone formations. Relish a seafood lunch onboard while passing iconic sites such as the Surprising Cave, Pelican Grotto, and Fighting Cocks Island.
You’ll have opportunities to explore caves, swim in the calm waters, or simply relax on the sundeck. Optional activities like kayaking are also available (at your own expense).
After the cruise, return to Hanoi by shared bus and unwind at your hotel.

Day 7: Departure from Hanoi
Enjoy your final breakfast in Vietnam. Depending on your flight schedule, you can spend the morning shopping or relaxing before your private transfer to Hanoi International Airport for your journey home.

- Currency Exchange Rates: Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to a rise in land arrangement costs effective before departure.
- Additional Accommodation Costs: Pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation expenses.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: Expenses arising from route changes, airline changes, date changes, or accommodation adjustments due to force majeure events.
- Personal Expenses: Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drink not included in the set group menu.
- Personal Emergencies: Extra costs due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or other personal emergencies.
- Excluded Services and Activities: Charges for any services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
- Direct Joining Passengers: Passengers opting for direct joining will bear their airport transfer costs and will meet the group at the hotel.
Terms and Conditions
- Booking and Payment:
- A minimum booking amount or initial deposit of ₹15,000 per person is required if the booking is made 21 days before travel.
- Full payment (100%) must be completed at least 21 days prior to the travel date.
- Payments must strictly adhere to the policy outlined above. Non-compliance may result in cancellation of the booking or tour, with the forfeiture of any amount already paid to the company.
- Passport Validity:
- Passports must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 30 days before travel: A charge of 10% of the tour value will be applied.
- Cancellation within 15 to 30 days of travel: A charge of 30% of the tour value will be applied.
- Cancellation within 15 days of travel: The tour is completely non-refundable.
