• Exchange Rate Fluctuations: Any increase in land arrangement costs due to changes in the rate of exchange before departure.
• Additional Accommodation: Cost of pre- or post-tour hotel stays.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: Expenses incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date changes, accommodation adjustments, or other forced majeure circumstances.
• Personal Expenses:

  • Shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, or items of a personal nature.
  • Food or drink not included in the set group menu.
• Emergency Costs: Extra costs incurred for illness, accidents, hospitalization, or personal emergencies.
